Funds COURSE DESIGN & CONTENT Mutual Funds is a comprehensive course on the study of mutual funds and is designed for any financial professional interested in this component of finance. It addresses the design of mutual funds, comparative analysis, marketing tips for registered representatives and much more. LEARNING OBJECTIVES This course covers all facets of mutual funds. Prior knowledge and exposure to mutual funds or investing is not a prerequisite but will assist in comprehension of the principles discussed. For those with prior experience, it will help build upon knowledge already learned and solidify the understanding of those concepts infrequently applied. Successful completion will enhance one’s ability to provide financial counsel to others needing investment advice. PREPARATION No prior preparation or review is necessary for this course. INSTRUCTIONAL METHODOLOGY AND CPE CREDIT This course is designed as self-study and the cpe credit earned toward meeting the CFP Board’s continuing educational requirement is 20 hours. ADMINISTRATIVE Participants must pass the exam by the end of their next reporting cycle and requires a minimum passing grade of 70%. Refunds are available within 30 days of ordering. For booklet orders, course materials must be returned in resalable condition; and, the original shipping and handling costs shall be deducted from the refund.
