TERMS OF USE

When any entity or person, hereinafter referred to as You or Your, submits an order to Cornerstone Financial Services, hereinafter referred to as CFS, whether via this website or phone, You agree to the following terms and conditions.

CFS endeavors that You are completely satisfied with our courses, service and user-friendly website. If not, we want to know about it.

Everything that is provided to You via this website or mail may not be construed as legal or tax advice. You agree to seek competent legal or tax counsel. You also agree to first verify its accuracy and assume full responsibility from actions taken upon such information and shall hold harmless CFS, its employees, agents or anyone associated with CFS.

You agree to not reproduce in any form anything obtained from CFS without prior written approval from CFS.

For refunds, You agree to notify CFS within 30 days of the application date via email or mail. You agree to allow CFS 30 days to complete the refund. Submitting a request beyond 30 days or submitting an exam voids Your right to request a refund. For refunds for booklets and other materials, You agree to mail back to CFS at your expense all materials in resalable condition, which means void of any writing, marks, erasures, folded pages, or anything that defaces the booklet or materials. Refunds shall be net of mailing costs. 

Electronically generated completion certificates are only for Your personal records. Under no circumstances shall a completion certificate be used to report a successful completion to any licensing authority without first rendering proper payment. Any payment that is rendered invalid (check bounced, bad credit card, or refuted credit card payment) renders the course application and any completion or completion certificate void upon its face until proper payment is received by CFS. If payment is rendered invalid for any reason, CFS shall promptly notify You and You agree to make proper payment within 48 hours. If proper payment is not rendered within 48 hours, and You have reported a successful completion to any licensing authority, then You and CFS agree that You and CFS shall notify the licensing authority to rescind the completion. If You challenge CFS in rescinding the completion without rendering proper payment, then You agree to pay CFS for any attorney fees, court costs and any other monies spent by CFS in pursuit of the collection of proper payment.
