COURSE DESIGN & CONTENT

This course is designed for those insurance professionals needing to take the California mandated insurance ethics training course. 

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

This course covers a broad range of ethical issues such as various codes of ethical conduct, tenets of ethical standards, agent and broker responsibilities in ethical matters, conflicts of interest, regulatory and legal issues. Successful completion will enhance one’s ability in discerning his or her role in the growing ethical issues and dilemmas that face the insurance professional.

PREPARATION

No prior preparation or review is necessary for this course.

INSTRUCTIONAL METHODOLOGY

This course is designed as self-study.

ADMINISTRATIVE

Participants must pass the exam by the end of their next reporting cycle and requires a  minimum passing grade of 70%. Refunds are available within 30 days of ordering. For booklet orders, course materials must be returned in resalable condition; and, the original shipping and handling costs shall be deducted from the refund. COST

Internet orders cost $30; $25 for repeat customers. For mail orders, add $10. For multi-rep offices, the Buddy system can apply by using one set of materials and each additional rep is charged as a repeat customer. Make additional copies of the Answer Sheet as needed.
